This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of the services provided by STRETTCH CLOUD Limited ("Strettch Cloud," "we," "us," or "our"). This AUP is incorporated by reference into the Strettch Cloud Terms of Service (the "Agreement"). Capitalised terms not defined here have the meanings given in the Agreement.
By using the Services, you agree to comply with this AUP. A violation of this AUP may lead to the suspension or termination of your team's account in accordance with Section 6 of the Agreement.
Prohibited Activities
You agree not to perform, nor allow any members of your team to perform, any of the following:
1. Illegal Activities
Engaging in any activity that is illegal under the laws of Rwanda or other international jurisdictions applicable to your use of the Services.
2. Malicious Content
Hosting or transmitting malware, viruses, phishing sites, or other harmful code or content.
3. Spam
Sending or facilitating unsolicited bulk email or other messages.
4. Denial of Service (DoS)
Launching or facilitating DoS or DDoS attacks against any target.
If your resources become the target of a DoS or DDoS attack, Strettch Cloud reserves the right to take protective measures — including temporarily isolating or null-routing traffic to the affected resource — to protect platform stability. Such measures are not a penalty and do not constitute a policy violation on your part.
5. Intellectual Property Infringement
Hosting or distributing copyrighted material without the necessary permissions or rights.
6. Cryptocurrency Mining
Using the Services for cryptocurrency mining.
7. High-Risk Activities
Using the Services in connection with any high-risk systems where failure could lead to serious harm, such as in the operation of life-support systems or aviation.
Reporting Violations
If you become aware of any violation of this AUP, please report it to cloud@strettch.com.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this AUP at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the platform. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated AUP.
